Project Brief
Client contacted us as she had owned the own for over 15 years with her elderly mother.
She decided to relocate to another city however she felt the current condition of the home was not something that would attract buyers in the current market conditions. Therefore she requested that we perform an extensive renovation to open the floor plan up and perform upgrades to the home so it would updated and up to par with the market commands.
Total Project Time : 14 Weeks
What We Accomplished
- Removal of first floor load bearing walls and replacement with engineered beams and prescribed by engineering team.
- Upgraded and enlarged kitchen
- Gut Master bathroom to provide for larger shower and tub area as well as longer vanity.
- Installation of new hand railing
- Removal of popcorn ceiling throughout the entire 4500 square foot property.
- Repair of 2nd floor balcony
- Enlargement of bedroom on second floor
- Multiple other upgrades.
